Data&Migration Managment helps Bitrix24 administrators, CRM integrators and sales operations teams move spreadsheet data into CRM with control over every step. Instead of creating CRM records during upload, it gives you a separate workspace to prepare, search and review your data first.
Upload a CSV or XLSX file. The app analyses its columns, suggests mappings and lets you confirm how each source column should be stored. You can create internal fields, reuse mappings, define matching and empty-value rules, and inspect import results. Imported records stay in a searchable workspace with filters, saved views and exports.
When you are ready to send data to Bitrix24, choose the records and one destination: leads, deals, contacts, companies, items in an existing smart process, quotes or new invoices. The app reads the available CRM fields and pipelines from your Bitrix24 account. Map source values, fixed values and fallbacks, review the preview, then explicitly confirm creation. Progress, record links and row-level errors remain available in the operation history.
The app is installed by a Bitrix24 administrator and requires CRM access plus minimum employee-list access. It stores uploaded files and imported records in EMCsoft-hosted infrastructure. File import uses credits; the row count, balance and cost are shown before execution. You can top up credits through EMC Billing inside the app. No separate Bitrix24 Drive or product-catalog permission is required for the current workflow.

- Installation is free. Upload, analysis and field mapping are free. Executing a file import costs 10 credits per data row; headers and empty rows are excluded. Rows later skipped by import rules are still charged.
- 1 USD = 1,000 credits. New installations receive 10,000 welcome credits for testing (enough for 1,000 imported data rows). Further credits are purchased through EMC Billing. The current price and balance are shown before import; retries of the same paid import do not charge again.
- Supports CSV and XLSX files up to 50 MB. For XLSX, the first worksheet is imported. CRM creation accepts up to 10,000 selected workspace rows per operation.
- Requires a Bitrix24 administrator and permission to use the relevant CRM entities and settings. Smart-process types and custom CRM fields must already exist in the Bitrix24 account. Availability of CRM entities and methods can depend on the account's Bitrix24 plan and configuration.
- The app does not continuously synchronise spreadsheet data with CRM. Creating CRM items is a separate confirmed action after importing into the app's own workspace.
- AI-assisted mapping/search is optional and depends on the deployment configuration. When enabled, candidate column samples or search queries may be sent to OpenAI as described in the Privacy Policy.
