What you can automate:
- Bitrix24 triggers: Lead created, Lead upd ated, Deal created, Deal stage changed, Task created.
- Bitrix24 actions: create leads, contacts, companies, deals and tasks; upd ate leads, deals and tasks; add timeline comments, to-dos and task comments; create smart process items and invoices; send chat messages; start CRM automation triggers; call other supported Bitrix24 REST methods.
- Telegram: receive new messages sent to your bot and send messages to chats, groups and channels.
- Google Sheets: start a scenario when a new row is added and add rows to a spreadsheet.
- Mailchimp: add contacts to an audience or update existing members.
- HTTP request: send data to any HTTPS endpoint with the API keys you store in the app.
Scenario examples:
- New row in Google Sheets → new lead in Bitrix24.
- New lead in Bitrix24 → message in your team's Telegram chat.
- New lead in Bitrix24 → new member in a Mailchimp audience.
- Message to your Telegram bot → new lead in Bitrix24.
Key features:
- Visual scenario editor: trigger, conditions and action on one screen.
- Field mapping with type conversion for text, numbers, phone and email fields, and lists of values.
- Conditions that run the action only for matching events.
- Test run before enabling: check the input, the request that will be sent and the Bitrix24 field validation. Nothing is created or sent during the test.
- Run journal with step input and output, failure details, retry of a failed step and restart with the current settings.
- Automatic retries for temporary service errors and protection against duplicate deliveries.
- Events received while a scenario is disabled are kept for 24 hours and run if you enable the scenario again within that time.
- Failure notifications in Bitrix24 and an automatic stop after a se t number of consecutive failed runs.
- Connection credentials are stored encrypted and hidden after saving.
- Requests to Bitrix24 are paced to stay within REST API limits.
Supported services:
- Telegram (https://telegram.org/). Free: bots send messages at no cost (https://core.telegram.org/bots/faq). You need your own bot created with @BotFather.
- Mailchimp (https://mailchimp.com/). Free and paid plans: https://mailchimp.com/pricing/marketing/
- Google Sheets (https://workspace.google.com/products/sheets/). Free with a Google account; Google Workspace plans: https://workspace.google.com/pricing
Requirements and limitations:
- Bitrix24 plan: the app is available on commercial Bitrix24 plans that include Bitrix24 Market apps (Basic and higher, including Vibe+ plans) and uses one of your plan's app slots. Creating and updating leads requires the Standard plan or higher. The "Start automation trigger" action requires a plan with sales automation (Professional or higher).
- Access rights: a Bitrix24 administrator installs the app and configures scenarios. The app requests access to CRM, tasks, chats and notifications, and basic user information.
- External accounts: you need your own accounts in the services you connect. Paid plans of these services are billed by the service providers.
- Each scenario connects one trigger to one action.
- The Google Sheets "New row" trigger checks the sheet about once a minute and processes complete rows added at the bottom. Rows that are already in the sheet at the first check are not processed.
- A Telegram bot can have only one webhook. Use a bot that is not connected to another application.
- New Mailchimp members are added with the "pending" status by default, so Mailchimp asks them to confirm the subscription. You can se t another status in the scenario.
- The interface is in English.
