Register

The "Register" App helps you create a structured internal register and knowledge base directly inside Bitrix24.

It is a practical tool for companies that need to store, organize, and update important business information in one place: internal processes, checklists, customer notes, project documentation, support instructions, agreements, CRM-related records, project-related records, and other structured data. When needed, register elements can be linked to CRM entities such as companies, contacts, deals, and leads, as well as to Bitrix24 project groups, so relevant information stays close to the customer, business process, or project it belongs to.

With Register, you can create elements, add pages inside them, build nested page structures, assign tags, link records to CRM entities and project groups, and collaborate through comments.

• Install the app on your Bitrix24 portal.

• Create register elements for business topics, processes, customers, projects, or internal records.

• Link register elements to companies, contacts, deals, leads, other CRM entities, or project groups.

• Add pages and nested pages to structure the information.

• Use tags, CRM links, and project group links to organize and find records faster.

• Leave comments when discussion or clarification is needed.

• Open related register entries directly from CRM cards or project groups while working with customers, deals, or projects.
  

Data storage and privacy:

All register content is stored directly inside your Bitrix24 portal. Register elements, pages, comments, tags, attachments, CRM links, and project group links are saved in your Bitrix24 account and do not pass through or get stored on WAM IT servers.

WAM IT servers are used only for technical app licensing and installation registration.

Requirements:

- The app requires API access.

- Some features may depend on your Bitrix24 plan and available CRM/API functionality.

Please note that the free version has certain limits: up to 10 elements, up to 10 pages per element, and up to 10 tags. For an offer for the full version, you can contact the app’s support team. The full version removes these limits and costs €10 per month.
