The integration logic is simple:

IF

• User has valid DoubleTick account

• WABA number is mapped in profile

• Lead Iphone number is valid

THEN

• iFrame loads conversation y

Troubleshooting

Issue: iFrame Loads but Chat Not Visible

Check:

• Is the Lead phone number valid?

• Is it in international format?

Check:

• Is WABA number filled in user profile?

• Is the WABA number active in DoubleTick?

Issue: Login Keeps Asking Again

Check:

• Browser cookies enabled

• Session not expired

• Correct DoubleTick credentials used

Before using the integration, ensure the following:

1. Active DoubleTick Account

You must have an active DoubleTick account.

If you don’t have one:

• Sign up at DoubleTick

• Ensure your WhatsApp API (WABA) is connected

2. WhatsApp Business API (WABA) Number Configured

• Each Bitrix user must have a WABA (WhatsApp Business API) number assigned in their profile. This is mandatory.

• Without a WABA number mapped to the user, the app will not load properly.

3. Lead Phone Number Must Be Correct

• The Lead (or associated Contact) must have: Proper WhatsApp-enabled number format

• Without Phone number mapped to the user, the app will not load properly.
