Instruções de instalação

Before using our application, please create Zalo Official Account (if you don't have it yet), verify it) and buy paid plan.
After that create a Zalo developer application

Installation steps

Create zalo app and linked a Zalo OA
Verify Domain, download File Prefix
Active webhook events
Active Official Account Callback Url
Go to Contact Center menu and click to [Mstarcorp] Zalo OA
Enter your Zalo OA App ID, App Secret Key and upload URL Prefix File
Verify URL Prefix by copy URL Prefix
Copy "Official Account Callback Url" and "Webhook URL" to the Zalo app
Send request permission Zalo

widgets: adicionar, excluir e editar widgets

Usuários (mínimo)

ler lista de usuários e nomes sem informações de contato

Processos de Trabalho

acesso total: visualizar, criar, editar e excluir ações do fluxo de trabalho, regras de automação e gatilhos; visualizar lista de tarefas; executar fluxos de trabalho

Aplicativo para celular

acesso restrito: adicionar interfaces de usuário ao aplicativo móvel Bitrix24

Bate-papo e notificações

acesso total: visualizar, criar, editar e excluir bate-papos e mensagens; conectar usuários ao bate-papo; editar bate-papos; ler todas as mensagens do bate-papo
