Zoho Inventory allows to oversee products at your warehouses, manage stock, sales orders, write-offs and register all documentation to be displayed in the system. Employees can modify data online and you can overview the complete process. Final result is the reduced shortages and errors during sales and order checkout procedures.

Already using inventory management from another service? You can move your data from third-party service to Bitrix24 and start working in a unified account space.

To transfer inventory management data from Zoho Inventory you need to install the application from Bitrix24.Market and import data to the target account.

Important! Integration process performs a one-time transfer from a third-part service to your account.

The following data is transferred when migrating from Zoho Inventory:

• Product name;
  
• Product status;
  
• Composite product attribute;
  
• Enabled stock control for products (disabled for services);
  
• Included VAT;
  
• Product description;
  
• Currency;
  
• Purchase price;
  
• Units of measurement (inch, kg, cm and etc.);
  
• Date created;
  
• Date last modified;
  
• Product dimensions (length, height, width);
  
• Weight;
  
• Quantity;
  
• Reserved quantity.
  

Key features and conditions for importing product data from Zoho Inventory:

• Account currency must match with online store currency.
  
• Products without completed Sales Information won’t be imported.
  
• All products from all warehouses existing in Zoho are transferred to the unified warehouse at the account. You cannot transfer products to different warehouses (if more than one existed beforehand).
  
• Stock adjustment adds only the products quantity more than zero.
  
• Tax and rate information: transfers only price information with included VAT.
  
• Transfers only purchase price during export to an account. If purchase price is unavailable inside product data in Zoho, system uses sale price as purchase price.
