Importing products into leads, deals and smart processes

If you work with a large number of product items in Deals, Invoices, Estimates or Smart processes, then this offer is for you.

The “Product import” field appears in the CRM object form.

In this field you need to sel ect a file.

The application imports products fr om the file

• only to the Products table of the current CRM object

or

• to the Products table of the current CRM object and to the product catalog

Which CRM objects can you import products to?

You can import products to

• Leads

• Deals

• Invoices

• Estimates

• Smart processes for which the “Linking catalog products” option is enabled

What files can you import products from?

Import is possible from XLS, XLSX, CSV files

The application will automatically check the file type.

What should the import template be like?

Any import template can be used.

You can use an unlimited number of your own import templates, each with its own import rules.

Will new products be created in the product catalog?

In the application you can configure whether new products in the catalog should be created by selecting a required “Product import mode”:

• Import products only into the Products table. Do not create new products in the catalog

• Search and create new products in CRM

You can specify the required import mode for each template separately.

Can the application fill in custom fields in products upon import?

Yes, you can import values ​​into standard product fields and custom fields.

To do this, configure the correspondence between the columns in the file and the fields which you want to import values into.

The following custom field types are supported:

• String

• Number

• List

Can the application import product prices?

When importing products to the product catalog, simply sel ect the required price type in the drop-down list of fields. The price fr om the file will be imported into this price type.

The functions of both plans are identical. The only difference is that the Basic plan has a limitation - only the first 5 lines from the file can be imported. When you first install the application, the Pro plan of the application will be automatically enabled for 1 month.

What are the limitations on the number of products in deals?

Bitrix24 does not recommend adding more than 200-300 products to one deal.
